Built with 35mm of compact protective insulation and foamed evaporators on three sides, it confidently holds safe food temperatures even when ambient kitchen heat hits 32°C. Both the interior and exterior are constructed from highly durable, food-safe AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring it resists rust and is incredibly easy to sanitize at the end of the shift.
