Before selecting a worktop chiller or freezer, check the available width, depth, and height, required temperature range, number of doors or drawers, storage capacity, compressor ventilation clearance, electrical supply, and whether the unit will be used mainly for preparation, storage, or display.

For UAE kitchens, ventilation and ambient temperature are important. Make sure the unit has enough clearance around the compressor area and is placed where hot cooking equipment will not overload the refrigeration system.
