Send the equipment name or model, quantity, project location and target date. For custom items, include dimensions and a sketch or drawing where available.
Can I enquire about a custom stainless steel item?
Yes. Share the item's intended use, dimensions and any requirements for shelves, drawers, sinks or splashbacks so the team can review your enquiry.
How do I request help with existing equipment?
Email your model, invoice or order reference, and a description of the issue. Add photos where useful so the team can assess the next step.
