At ALPHA  Kitchen Factory , your satisfaction is our priority. we offer a straightforward return and replacement policy within the UAE . Please review our terms and conditions below:

1. Eligibility

• You may return or exchange a product within 14 days of delivery if it meets these criteria:
  • The item is a regularly stocked product (excluding consumables) and is in unused condition with original packaging.
  • A purchase receipt is required for exchanges.
  • For repairs due to wear and tear, management will assess the product within 6 months of purchase. Repairs or exchanges are subject to terms and conditions.
  • We may exchange defective or faulty items for an identical product of equal value at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
  • If you return a promotional item, the promotional discount will be forfeited. Refunds will be adjusted based on the regular retail price of the remaining items.
  • For credit/debit card payments, banks or card issuers may take 2-7 additional business days to process refunds.
  • Items purchased at exhibitions or sale events cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • We may not be able to replace products with the exact same item if it was exclusive to our online store or a limited-time offer.
  • For faulty or incorrect orders, notify us within 7 days of receipt. Return the product in-store, in its original condition and packaging, with a receipt and valid ID.
  • Defective items (e.g., with damage or missing parts) may be returned for a replacement or full credit, subject to approval.

2. Refund Process

• Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited to your account within 7-14 working days.
• Cash on Delivery: A bank wire transfer will be initiated to the person who placed the order within 7-14 working days.
• Bank Wire Payments: A bank wire transfer will be arranged to the account of the person who placed the order within 7-14 working days.

3. Return & Replacement Conditions

• The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available for certain products within all UAE emirates.
• We use our own vehicles for shipping.
• For heavy-duty items, shipping charges may apply, up to AED 350 .

Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
