Delivery Lead Time: to be Agreed between Tow parties
Payment Terms:
- 75% of the total amount is required upon order confirmation.
- The remaining 25% is to be paid one day before the delivery of the equipment.
Ownership & Payment Delays:
All goods, whether installed or uninstalled, remain the property of ALPHA Kitchen Tr. until full payment is received. ALPHA Kitchen Tr. reserves the right to reclaim the installed equipment equal to the value of any outstanding balance if the agreed payment terms are not fulfilled.
Contract Termination:
Should the customer wish to terminate the contract, they agree to compensate ALPHA Kitchen Tr. for completed work, as per the following criteria:
A. 20% of the total project value for shop drawings, layouts, and concept designs.
B. The full value of stainless steel fabrication completed.
C. 100% of the cost of specifically ordered equipment.
D. 25% of the cost of generic equipment ordered.
Storage Fees:
If the customer is unable to receive the items within the agreed timeframe, a storage fee of 500 AED per day will be charged.
Customer’s On-Site Responsibilities:
The customer or their appointed general contractor is responsible for providing the following:
- Civil works, power supply, drainage points, and any relevant civil defense requirements.
- Housing platforms for condensing units, BMS connections, air curtains, heat exchangers, and related government approvals.
- Cladding behind and above the cooking line, gas regulators, insect killers, steel structures for compressors and hoods, water connections for sinks, and all necessary MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) requirements.
Variation & Amendments:
Any changes, modifications, or variations to this agreement must be documented in writing and signed by both parties.
Representation of Products:
Any models, pictures, drawings, or measurements provided in the quotation are for general representation only. Changes to the product images do not entitle the customer to compensation, nor do they grant the right to withhold payment for delivered items.
Site Changes & Additional Costs:
If site conditions or the scope of work change, the seller reserves the right to submit a revised cost estimate for additional work. The buyer’s approval and agreement to additional payments are required before proceeding with the extra tasks.
Civil, Electrical, and Gas Requirements:
The buyer is responsible for providing all civil, electrical, gas, and steam connections, including isolation points below the units, as detailed in the MEP drawings.
